​On behalf of the Antelope Subdivision Home Owners Association, Board of Directors, and all the homeowners, we welcome you to our community.   The subdivision is comprised of 48 lots and located about 5 miles west of Butte, MT., and 1 mile south of the town of Rocker, MT.  The operation of our homeowners association is governed by a board of volunteer directors.  At present, our HOA dues are $125/yr per lot.   The Board is responsible for overseeing the maintenance of our roads, snowplowing, and other costs that may occur to improve the subdivision.  ​Please take the time to read through our Declarations and Bylaws that are available on our Documents page.  Several times a year we hold meetings at the Rocker Fire Hall that all homeowners are encouraged to attend.
